Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation & Return Policy

  1. General

When purchasing one or more of our products you have legally the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product(s), without giving any reason. 

  1. Conditions
  • Items must be unworn (other than to try how it looks like) and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • The return form must always be returned with the articles.

If this is not the case, we will not accept this product and we cannot refund the purchase amount.

  1. Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons which were unsealed after delivery;
  • Products for which the right to return is otherwise excluded on the basis of Section 6.5.2B of the Dutch Civil Code.

  2. Please fill in the ‘Return form – Right of Cancelation’ (which can be found here), and send it by email to, within 14 days after you have received your item(s).

  3. Print the filled in Return Form.

  4. Put the printed filled in Return Form together with the item(s) you would like to return and your invoice in the box.

  5. Address the box to the following address:

  1. Bring your package to your local post office.
    1. Please note that shipping back the item(s) is at your own cost.
    2. The items must be sent within 14 days after you have sent us the return form by email (step 1).


  1. Once we have received the items and the conditions are met, we will pay you back the price you paid for the item(s) and the shipment price you paid when you placed the order.
    1. We will make a refund within 14 days after you have informed us about cancelling your purchase, under the condition that we have received the items back.
    2. We strive to use the original payment method you used for the purchase. If this is not possible we will contact you.
    3. You will only receive a refund of the shipping costs (more specifically, the shipping costs you made when placing the order) if all the items are returned.
